The Aura Store: real rewards your family chooses, not a fixed shop

The Aura Store isn't a catalogue Aura Tycoon sells to every family the same way — it's a reward list your own family builds, up to 6 items at a time, each worth an Aura Points cost you set together. A screen-time slot, a weekend treat, a small gadget — whatever your family agrees is worth working toward, priced in Aura Points your child earns from answering questions correctly.

How the reward list works

  1. Agree on rewards together

Either a parent (from the Parent Portal) or the child (in the app) can add a reward — a name and an Aura Points cost, up to 6 items on the list at once.

  2. Earn Aura Points by answering correctly

Points come from missions and arcade mini-games — the same Aura Points that also power the Ranking Leaderboard.

  3. Redeem a reward

Spending Aura Points on a listed reward moves it into a pending state — the reward itself stays on the list afterward, so it can be earned again.

  4. A parent approves it

Nothing is handed over automatically. A parent reviews and approves each pending redemption in the Parent Portal, and it's logged to a permanent redemption history.

How this is different from a typical in-app shop

TYPICAL APP REWARD SHOP
  • Fixed item list, same for every user
  • Usually virtual/cosmetic items with no real-world value
  • Prices set by the app, not the family
  • Redeemed instantly, no adult review
AURA TYCOON'S AURA STORE
  • Family-built list, up to 6 rewards
  • Real-world rewards the family actually chooses
  • Aura Point cost set by the family, not Aura Tycoon
  • Every redemption waits for a parent's approval
FAQ

Common questions

What is the Aura Store?

A reward list your own family builds and owns — up to 6 items, each with a name and an Aura Points cost you both agree on, rather than a fixed catalogue Aura Tycoon sells to everyone.

Who decides what goes on the list?

Either a parent or the child can add or remove an item — it's the same shared list either side edits, in the app or in the Parent Portal, so the rewards genuinely reflect what that family agreed on.

What happens when my child redeems a reward?

Their Aura Points balance drops by the reward's cost and it moves into a pending state awaiting a parent's approval. The reward itself stays on the list afterward, so it can be earned again.

Can my child approve their own reward?

No. Redemption always requires a parent to approve it through the Parent Portal — a child spending Aura Points moves a reward to pending, not straight into their hands.
